Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to all orders to Canada.

Grizzly Trucks has the right to cancel an order if the shipping address of the customer is in an area that is not serviced by freight companies.

Grizzly Trucks has the right to charge for shipping if the shipping address of customer is located on land that falls under an extended service area for freight companies. Extended service area is a place where freight companies deliver but for additional cost. In such case, Customer can request to cancel the order and Grizzly Trucks will provide a full refund.

How long until my order will leave the warehouse?

Orders that are under Fast Shipping (FS Tag next to the product image) are products that are in stock in Grizzly Trucks warehouse and will be processed with-in 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders that are not under Fast Shipping are products that are not in stock at Grizzly Trucks warehouse but can be brought in right from the Manufacturers or third-party distributors. These will take longer to process depending upon availability. In such case, a representative from online sales team will contact the customer via phone call or/and email to inform this and give an estimated time of arrival for the products ordered.

How long will my order take to deliver?

The current estimated delivery times are listed below:

Alberta 2-4 Days (Rural Towns 7-10 Days)
British Columbia 5-7 Days (Rural Towns 10-14 Days)
Manitoba 5-7 Days (Rural Towns 10-14 Days)
Saskatchewan 5-7 Days (Rural Towns 10-14 Days)
Ontario 5-10 Days (Rural Towns 10-14 Days)
The Maritimes 15 Days (Rural Towns 15-21 Days)
Territories 15 Days (Rural Towns 15-21 Days)
Newfoundland and Labrador 15 Days (Rural Towns 15-21 Days)

These shipping times are estimated only, Orders are shipped with third party freight companies and Grizzly Trucks is not liable for shipping delays.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order.

What do I do if my order is damaged upon arrival?
  • If Product is damaged during Shipping and there is visible damage on packaging, we recommend not to accept the package and a claim must be made with the Shipping Company.
  • If Product is accepted and upon unwrapping, damage is noticed. Customer must stop further unwrapping and must take pictures of the product immediately showing the damage and also of the packaging material.
  • Damage claims will not be accepted if pictures are taken after complete unwrapping.
  • Damage claims will not be accepted if pictures are taken with product installed on the vehicle.
